Spicy Salmon Poke

For the Poke - 
1 lb of sashimi grade salmon
2 scallions
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs honey
1 tsp Mama Lam's Hot Sauce

Ideas for Sides
1 cup of white rice
5 sticks of frozen imitation crab
2 small kirby cucumbers
1/2 cup of quinoa
A bed of lettuce

  1. Dice up the salmon.
  2. Chop  up the scallions. 
  3. Mix all ingredients together and serve with one of the sides.
