Spicy Sautéed Kale (side)

Cook Time: 8 minutes

100 grams Kale
2 tsp oil (olive oil or sesame oil)
Garlic Powder or fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp Mama Lam's Hot Sauce

  1. Clean Kale and remove leaves from stem. Chop and drain
  2. Heat oil in pan
  3. Once heated, put kale into pan and sauté e until kale is half cooked
  4. Add in the hot sauce, pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper until kale is fully cooked
