Curry Shrimp

Servings: 2 people
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 8 minutes

Ingredients:
Half pound of shrimp (peeled) 
2 Tbs Mama Lam's Curry paste
Salt (if preferred)

Toppings
Scallions (if preferred)

Directions:

1. Peel and clean the shrimp
2. Heat a non-stick pan 

 

3. Place the shrimp and Mama Lam's curry paste in the pan. 
4. Sautee until cooked!
5. Serve cooked shrimp over rice or a bed of salad. Sprinkle chopped scallions over the top.
